  3. Your personal data will be processed for the purpose of submitting an offer of mutual cooperation, for the purpose of concluding and duly executing a contract, as well as for the purpose of fulfilling the Administrator's legal obligation (e.g. issuing and storing invoices and other accounting documents, for the purposes of tax law, making data available to authorized entities). The data may also be used to assert potential claims for non-performance or improper performance of the concluded agreement.
  4. The recipients of your personal data will be the competent state authorities within the scope of their tasks, courier companies and other entities making delivery of goods, partners and authorized employees of the company within the scope of their duties, and entities cooperating with the Data Controller in providing services to you.
  5. Personal data will not be transferred to a third country or international organization.
  6. Personal data will be kept for the duration of the contract and after its termination, until the expiration of the statute of limitations on tax liabilities or the expiration of claims under the contract.
  7. You have the right to request access to your personal data and to rectify, erase or restrict the processing of your personal data, as well as the right to object to the processing of your data and the right to data portability.
  8. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority, which is the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, in case the processing of personal data is carried out in violation of the Personal Data Protection Regulation of April 27, 2016.
  9. Your provision of personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the purpose of concluding a contract and establishing cooperation.
  10. Your personal data will not be subject to profiling.
